Sean has been in the technology industry for over 30 years. He is known as a pioneer in the partner community and was one of the first partners in the country to sell and integrate Cisco’s IP communications solutions. Sean was one of the co-founders and the President of Prominence Group between 1994-2003, where he was largely responsible for sales and operations. In 2003, Prominence was sold to CBE Technologies, and Sean held various senior leadership roles at CBE and GreenPages. In 2012, Sean recognized a market shift to remote meetings and founded Colligio to focus on this area. Since then, Sean has created a full-service Cisco partner, including a managed services practice, making Colligio a well-known company in the industry.

Tom has been in the Cisco technology industry for over 25 years. His career at Cisco started in 1999 as an Account Manager. Over a 20-year successful career at Cisco, Tom held multiple positions in sales and sales leadership. Tom moved to Colligio in January 2019 as a partner with Sean, taking on the role of VP of Sales. Over the last five-plus years at Colligio, Tom has helped create a full-service Cisco sales model, achieving all Cisco certifications. Tom also developed a sales organization focused on efficiency and customer advocacy. His relationships with Cisco teams and customers have helped Colligio continue to grow and become a well-respected competitor in the industry.

Joe Lockwood serves as Vice President of Professional Services at Colligio. Joe brings over 25 years of technical experience, leadership, and relationship management to the Colligio team. Prior to joining Colligio, Joe worked as a network engineer and helped start a managed services provider company in Charlotte, NC. Joe joined Colligio in 2019 and oversees the Professional Services team, providing technical guidance and escalation for projects and managed services. Joe maintains strong relationships with managed service contract clients, ensuring the quality of delivered services, client satisfaction for services and projects, road mapping, and technical consulting services.

Aran Walker serves as Vice President of Managed Services at Colligio, bringing over 25 years of IT experience in both technical and leadership roles. Aran started his career in network administration, then moved to system engineering and architect roles, and later was promoted to a leadership role in a managed services NOC. In 2011, Aran moved on to a start-up of a new managed services provider based in Charlotte, NC. As one of the first employees, Aran assisted in building that business from the ground up over eight years, ending as the VP of Operations. At Colligio, Aran oversees the activities of managed services, ensuring the delivery of the right services in the right manner to exceed Colligio’s client satisfaction goals.
